On November 22, the General Manager's Office and the Party Committee and Trade Union jointly held a corporate culture promotion and exchange meeting. A total of 80 people in the company’s middle and high-level personnel, all personnel in the administrative system, workshop foremen and above, and all members of the Chunlei Program participated in the exchange meeting; the exchange meeting started on time at 18:00 on the 22nd. Although it is already time for employees to leave work, The Wenrun Administration Building was brightly lit. In the lecture hall on the second floor, everyone was actively engaged in discussions. The 4-hour propaganda and exchange meeting made everyone feel deeply and rewarded.

 

 

The advocacy exchange meeting was conducted in the form of group exchanges and discussions, which were divided into 8 groups. The content of the advocacy exchange meeting was divided into two parts: the first part elaborated and interpreted the spirit of corporate culture content; the second part focused on the value content and integrated into the specific Cases, everyone discusses and shares existing problems and understanding of corporate culture based on their own work. The spokespersons of the exchange meeting include both the old Wenrun people who have been in the past 20 years, and the "new people" who have just joined the Wenrun family. There are both the company's senior management and the grassroots foremen in the workshop. Although everyone comes from different positions, they are all on the same day. Enthusiastically combined with their actual work to actively discuss and express their understanding of corporate culture, these tangible cases are both typical and grounded; there are both positive cases and cases that violate the company's values.
